At mentalHope Psychiatry, we offer transparent and competitive pricing for our services. The following rates apply to patients who choose to pay out-of-pocket without using insurance.

Free 15-Minute Consultation
We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation for new patients to discuss your needs and how we can best support your mental health journey.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

• $200
  A comprehensive evaluation by a licensed psychiatric provider, including diagnosis and treatment planning. This session typically lasts 60 minutes.

Follow-Up Medication Management

• $125
  Regular follow-up appointments for ongoing medication management and adjustment. Sessions typically last 20-30 minutes.

Psychiatric Consultation

• $200
  A consultation service for those seeking a second opinion or specific guidance on psychiatric care. Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes.

Missed Appointment / Late Cancellation Fee

• $75
  A fee applied for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or for no-shows.

Additional Services

• Letters & Documentation
  (e.g., Employer letters, Emotional Support Animal documentation, Disability Claim forms)
  $50 per document
• Medication Refill Requests (Outside Scheduled Appointment)
  $25 per request
